Great for speed and spin. I have to improve my precision but that’s the idea! It forces me to improve because it’s less forgiving.
Great
I like the shirt , but should have ordered a smaller size , shirt runs big
I am using this in a VCore 100 as a senior 4.5 level player. It tames the launch angle of the racquet with great pace on the ball from a soft poly. I have had both tennis and golfers elbow and this seems quite compatible for me.
